CONCIERGE SPOTLIGHT  
STEVE LeROY  

Mr. LeRoy’s background is in the arts. He was formerly a ballet dancer. He has performed all over the west coast and has directed two ballet companies, The Dance Theatre Of Fresno and Unicorn Contemporary Ballet in New York City. Mr. LeRoy directed ballet performances in Great Barrington Massachusetts and performed as a staff dancer at the Metropolitan Opera House also in New York City.

Steve LeRoy has always been a writer. He has a body of work that includes poetry, a novel, essays, and also eight children’s stories. For two years he was the Managing Editor of Illume, A Journal Of Universal Ideas, a literary magazine. Mr. LeRoy is also a Jeffersonian Scholar. He has studied Thomas Jefferson for nearly 20 years and has published several articles on the life of America’s third president and is currently working on a play about Thomas Jefferson.

Mr. LeRoy has worked in the hotel business since 1975, mostly in Food and Beverage departments. In 2005 he was Made Chief Concierge at what was then the Loews Beverly Hills Hotel where he built the concierge department from the ground up. He is still at that property, now under the banner of The Tower Beverly Hills Hotel.
