Melva is a native Angelino and has been a Concierge at the Mosaic Hotel in Beverly Hills for 3 years. Melva's career started in Hospitality industry when she was just a teen with Ramada Worldwide. She then left the Hotel Industry and dabbled in retail sales, Property Management and Human Resources. She has always been attracted to the exciting atmosphere of the hotel industry. While working for a prominent Hospital in the South Bay in the Human Resource Department, she decided to make the jump back to Hospitality as a Concierge at the Mosaic Hotel, which is touted as being the hottest Boutique Hotel in Los Angeles. Melva's experience at the Mosaic hotel has been rich and fulfilling. "The guests at the Mosaic Hotel are second to none. We are truly lucky to get the clientele that we do. We cherish every guest we have." With over 10 years experience in the Customer Service Industry what she loves most about it is meeting new and interesting people from all over the world.
